HCR 6                                                                        
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message (page 450) on the following at this          
time:

Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to HCR 6, thus adopting HCR 6amS, and recommended                    
that the members vote yes.                                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment           
to HCR 6?"  The roll was taken with the following result:
